There are some beauty tips that women follow, even if they don’t think they should. These include: cleaning their face, using natural products, and avoiding certain foods and makeup. I’ll give you some more beauty tips that you may not have considered.

First beauty tips for your face. Wash your face twice per day. And no more than that, really. The point is to wash twice, not once, so you are rinsing away all the dirt and pollutants that get into your pores during the day. The second tip on this list is also easy to follow: wear a sunscreen.

The second best tip for your skin is this: choose a sunscreen that suits your skin type. Different skin types have different requirements when it comes to the sun’s rays. Some need a broad spectrum of UVA and UVB protection, some need a little bit of each, and others need none at all. A broad spectrum sunscreen will protect against both sun and smoke. It will also provide protection against the sun rays during the middle of the day, which is when you will most likely be outside without any protection.

Another one of the best beauty tips is to always use a gentle face wash. Don’t use soap with harsh ingredients. When I was younger, my mother would yell at me because her skin would become so dry if she used anything on her skin that was too harsh. Now that I’m an adult, I always clean my face with a gentle cleanser to keep my skin from becoming dry.

The third of my beauty tips is to massage my neck, shoulders, and forearms. Massaging the area under my eyes with my fingertips produces a beautiful glow. I like to use olive oil for this purpose, but you can also use baby oil. I enjoy a really good massage every now and then, usually in the evening before bed, to help me get that tired, slack feeling away.

My next skincare tips deal with cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. The first thing I do after getting out of the shower is apply a deep cleansing mask. On some days, such as my weekdays, I skip this step and just wash my face normally. Other days I choose to add a light exfoliating mask once or twice per week to get the skin back in top form.

Toning is very important for those of us who suffer from a dry, flaky face. Cleansers are wonderful for eliminating leftover cleansers on your face, however, it is important to choose the right cleansers. Many toners contain acid which strips the natural oils from my face. To prevent this, I add a little apple cider vinegar to my water before I soak my face in. After a few days, my face is bright, shiny, and supple again!

My final beauty tips is to treat my acne and pimples the right way. One thing I love about Proactiv is that it actually removes all of my pimples. This makes it easier to control how much oil my skin produces. If you don’t have Proactiv, there are a few other great acne treatments you can try, such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid, tea tree oil, or cucumber extract. Whichever method you choose, be sure to use these beauty tips every day and see if you can keep those pimples away for good!

Another one of my beauty tips is to get enough rest. I know many of you think you need eight hours of sleep, but actually three to four hours of sleep will help your skin stay healthy and reduce the chance of blemishes. Also, sleeping in on cool nights will increase blood flow to your skin, which will help with blemishes. Finally, don’t touch your face when you sleep, this will prevent irritation and reduce the chances of pimples.
