Do you respond with empathy or judgement when someone shares their anxiety with you? What happens when we are too quick to judge or reject another person’s fear, as I discuss in this week’s episode of The Baggage Reclaim Sessions? While judging the anxieties of others, we get a chance to reflect on our own fears and the baggage that goes along with them. There is nothing wrong with being terrified of anything, and we are no exception. The harshness of our own dread or the harshness of others’ judgments might influence our judgement.
