Twin sisters from El Paso have come up with an idea to bring a pop-up children’s library to different neighborhoods. Bernadette and Bridgid Aragon plan to set up a tent with books and arts and crafts activities in parking lots, parks, and other places to encourage children to read and learn. They also hope to inspire others to create similar projects to promote literacy in their community.
